- How long does it take to activate my account?
- We activate accounts manually to prevent fraudulent users from hurting your service with us. We're normally able to activate accounts in less than an hour, but this time can vary depending on the time of day, day of the week, and activity level.
- Are there any long-term contracts?
- No, there are no time-based contracts. You are free to cancel any time you wish. For more information on canceling, see our Terms of Service.
- What payment types do you accept?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Starting April 2010 we will no longer accept checks.
- What is an add-on domain / additional domain?
- An add-on domain is a fully functional domain/website that can be created from within your control panel. Think of it as having multiple websites all sharing the same control panel and hosting account package. You can give them email addresses, forwarders, and more the same way you do for your main domain on the account. The add-on domain will exist inside the public_html directory of your account with the folder name you choose for it upon creation.
